Christopher Fletcher
Co-Founder
Former NJCAA & NAIA golfer with a business degree from the University of Tennessee Southern. Chris works closely with our athletes in their US recruitment profile creation, SAT exam assistance, university admissions and visa applications.
Chris has also worked within Finance in London and for the DP World Tour & PGA Tour as a Golf Director within digital advertising.

Henry Smart
Co-Founder
Former NCAA Div 1 golfer having played at the University of Virginia. Upon graduating, Henry pursued a career in coaching at the College of Charleston (NCAA Div 1). Henry works alongside our athletes to find the best possible US university placements.
Henry's personal golfing achievements include representing England, GB&I, competing on the Challenge Tour and a number of US amateur's.

Oliver Whatley
Collegiate Sports Recruitment Specialist
Former NCAA Div 1 golfer having played at Rutgers University. Upon graduating, Oliver took up the position as Assistant Golf Coach at Rutgers University. Oliver has a wealth of experience within US collegiate recruitment, and works alongside our athletes to find the best possible university placements.
Oliver’s golfing accolades include: Three-time Big Ten Conference Championship starter, two-time Academic All Big Ten selection, 2021 PING All-Region selection, 2020 Srixon/Cleveland All-America Scholar & school record hlder for most birdies in a season at Rutgers with 97.
