I have known Toby since I moved back into running County Junior Golf in the middle of 2019 where he was a member of the County Boys Squad.

Toby has always been an extremely valued member of the Leicestershire and Rutland County boys’ squad and, over the years, I have seen him develop and grow not only as a golfer but as a person as well.

When called upon by the County, Toby is always available and applies himself in a very professional way always giving his all.

One of the important elements in County Golf, outside of playing ability, is that all of our squad players play the game with respect and honour. In terms of playing ability, I have seen Toby working very hard with his own individual coaches and at our County Boys Training sessions, taking in all the advice and guidance and applying this to his game. He loves the challenge this game presents and all of this has resulted in him becoming one of our most consistent players and is always one of the first names on our team sheet.

Toby is honest, reliable, enthusiastic, hardworking, supportive and a great Team Member.

In all of the aspects I have mentioned above I truly see Toby as exemplar and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any future University/College where I know he would apply himself well and become a valued member of their Team.
